Can't See All Videos

I noticed this first at work, where I thought YouTube videos were blocked, but when I got home, I noticed that some videos I can see and play just fine, and others are big blank squares. Noting I do works to play those, and unless someone includes the link in the message, I miss it.
Can someone help? I might be doing something wrong.:sadly:

The current plugin only works when you only post the random assortment of letts and numbers that come after the = sign. The ones not working have the entire link in them.
