Do you have too many PMs in your Inbox and find it hard to keep track of them? Did you know that you can organize them into folders to help make them more manageable and organized?
Follow the steps below to create a folder and move a PM from your Inbox to the new folder.
Step 1 - While on the Private Messages page click the Edit Folders link from the Private Messages section of the menu bar on the left-hand side of the Private Messages page. That section of the page should look like the image below.

Step 2 - Type a name for your new folder in the Add New Folders section of the page and click the Save Folders button. That section of the page should look like the image below.

Step 3 - Click the List Messages link from the Private Messages section of the menu bar on the left-hand side of the Private Messages page to return to your Inbox.
Step 4 - Select the checkbox on the right side of the message display beside the message or messages that you wish to move to your newly created folder.
Step 5 - Scroll to the bottom of the Private Messages page and select the "Move to folder..." selection from the Selected Messages drop down box and click the Go button. See the image below for a reference.

Step 6 - To move between your folders you can click the upside-down triangle beside the "Private Messages in Folder:" entry at the top of your Private Messages and select your desired folder from the drop-down listing. This section of the page should look like the following image if you are in your Inbox.

Enjoy organizing your private messages, but remember that you are limited to 250 private messages and each one you keep online reduces that number.
