buttons for quotes, bold, insert picture, url etc...

Is it just me or is everyone missing the buttons to quote, bold, insert pictures or urls, font, colored text, bullets, and the other stuff that used to be above the reply field?

if you go to your cp, you can edit options there, and select the enhansed editor option :)
