Holy crap! Tweakers are meth users?! Oh geez, I am getting OLD. Back in the day, a "tweaker" was someone who fine-tuned machinery and equipment in order to make it run better, and that's what Susie and others are doing to vBulletin; tweaking settings and all to make it work better.
