REP: Can we please see who is giving the reps?

I am sure it is just a simple setting change or something. Can we please see who is giving the reps? Nothing is more annoying than getting a neg rep and not knowing who is giving it and why... just some lame cryptic comment. At least if we know the WHO, we can understand it better.
