It is too bad that the accuser will not. I'll admit if I was wrong. My premise is that I was wrongfully accused.

The only way to solve this tension is through PUBLIC discourse. Can I publicly see who made the accusation against me and why?

You were wrong. You engaged in personal attacks. Alan already told you he warned you, and the person who reported you is irrelevent since it would have been moved when one of the mods saw it anyway.

Now you either get it or you don't, but those who can't remain civil tend not to last very long.
