The neo-cons don't care about some protesters in Tibet. The neo-cons bombed Iraq into the stone age....
So why do they try show that they care? What's deal here?
Any thoughts?

They dont care about Tibet. They only care about making China look bad. No state recognised Tibet as a state for over 2 centuries, that is because it is not, it is Chinese. It is more Chinese than Alaska or Hawaii is American.
The only reason they ever raised Tibet as an issue was because of their anti communist agenda. And now they continue because the empire wont be top dog for long, China is slowly overtaking them as the global superpower.

neoconservative Definition ☆ neo·con·ser·va·tive (-kən sʉr′və tiv)
adjective
designating or of an intellectual, political movement that evolved in the late 1970s in reaction to liberal and leftist thought, advocating individualism (senses & ), traditional moral standards, anti-Communist foreign policy, etc
Lets get the word neo-con out of the way since people love to parade that word when its convenient especially when attacking conservatives.
As far as the Americans not caring about Tibet that is a load of crock how many years has the US and Taiwain been friends for 25 years since the democratization of Taiwain. We will protect those who want freedom of speech and want Democracy. With protestors like Monks who use non-violence towards the Chinese what is wrong with that?
When your a Monk in Tibet and getting beat up by the scum of Chinese Authoritarian rule what do you call that a big bully who wants to wave their power around. It is a sad time for Tibet and China who portrays that Tibet is the one doing the violence when no Western News Agency is able to even capture film their because of the Chinese government.
China should be free of the Authoritarian rule that is going on their and so should Tibet.
It's a sad time in China when people are still getting thrown into jail for converting into Christianity or anyone who protest and opposes the government is getting thrown into the gates of hell (a chinese prison).

Because he makes TWO leaders who would rather fight than so much as consider socialism.
They only care about making China look bad.
Quite the opposite. They bend over backwards to kiss China's ass. It's true they don't give a shit about Tibet. 'W' photo op proves nothing other than they took some pictures together.

Like America can talk about freedom of speech and democracy. They used to lock people up in America for expressing themselves - ever heard of Mccarthyism ?And they dont respect the freedom of those they lock up in Guantanamo Bay without trial. It is the biggest hypocrite state in all of history.
And if they supported democracy they would not have overthrown democracies in Chile, Guatemal and the Congo. America only supports democracy when it produces the outcomes they desire.

The Dalai Lama is a deposed absolute monarch. Tibet should be free and their religious leader restored, but I don't what to see him back on the throne without a constitution supporting a republican or democratic form of government. The Tibetans don't need to go from 2nd class citizens of China to serfs of the Tibetan noblility.

Tibet should be free and their religious leader restored....
Geez... what in the world are you talking about, David?
What do you mean by Tibet should be free? Is Tibet an occupied country?

The CIA is always looking for people in EVERY country who are .... well..... how should I put it?....
In every country there are some people who are just not pleased with the way things are. So the CIA is looking for some unsatisfied groups of people in order to turn them into a Fifth Column.
A fifth column is a group of people who clandestinely undermine a larger group to which it is expected to be loyal, such as a nation.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth_column
Quite often these people are mentally unstable, by the way.
They are potencial revolutionaries who are trained and financed by the US government so that at the right time they can to be used to destabalize the country.... In Tibet the CIA found some revolutionaries among the Dalai Lama supporters who pretend to be the Buddhist monks.
The Dalai Lama monks riot in the capital of Tibet:

By the way, in 1917 in Russia the US government used the Jews as a driving force to overthrow the Russian Czar, create the Bolshevik revolution which lead to the US-controlled Soviet state.

I have seen "Free Tibet" bumperstickers right next to "Bush/Cheney."
I have ALSO seen "Free Tibet" bumperstickers next to "Kerry/Edwards." (Probably a few more, honestly)
I don't think it's just conservatives. I think it's folks on both sides who happen to agree about something.
Purrs,
Pookie
Edit: No they won't, Fish. You'll have zillions of pissed-off people. Yikes!
