It's been there for a while, I did it myself once. It's something labrocca set up a while ago and, for some reason, only kept one fully working. If you move it from the default theme everything appears normal until you try to post or make a pm, in which case you won't be able to.

I've tried to remove it but I think it's something stored on the database. You and I are the only people I know of who has changed it.

edit: Nevermind, I got rid of the nonworking ones.
