Montana Fish&Game...or should I say Hitlers crew?

I need some answers...
Did you know Montana Fish and game has taken it upon themselves to change the legislature without going thru congress? they have on their own... changed illegal outfitting from a misdemeanor to felony...

They refuse to supply me with a copy of their policy regarding their undercover opeations ( they hand pick and deputize' joe blow 'and give him free reighn to kill ... to arrest a hunter with wasting game!!!!!!!!!!!)

Who governs Montana fish and game? who monitors them? do I have to go to the govenor? or who ...please help...

I have a few storys of Montana fish and Game carrying out so many illegal operations ... boy Hitler would be proud to call them one of his better Natzi anialation units...

They are targeting out of state legal(U.S) outfitters and extorting horendous amounts of cash out of them...intimidating the locals and ordering them to gag up... or face trumped up bogus charges themselves!

They actually took out a disabled man from the east coast...whipped out their pistols and shot the hell outa a few swans...poor old boy was shocked... but worse yet when they took him back to town... charged him with killing the swans!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the hell?

One of the State prosicutors Catheryn Truman... has been charged with 8 counts( to my knowlege) of contempt in her own court... and she is hearing these charges...

The poor lawyers there are so intimidated they try and convince their clients to plea bargain...

I need to know where to take this...Rest assured...it will be written and spread to every mag I can find...

But boys Im a Canadian and do not know the chain of command there in the USA...

Help me help Montanas poor citizens.

I feel your pain.
The DNR (Damn Near Russia) here s not bound by the same search and seizure, rules of evidence or probable cause that both Federal and other state agencies are.
They are allowed to operate outside the law and are immune from basic constitutional guidelines.
Why, you ask?
Don't know, but it happens...that's why I fear gov.
It turns out that they can do what they want and citizens who think that it "just doesn't effect me", don't care, and by the time that it effects them and they start to care...it will be too late.

They are a governmental agency and as such are not answerable to you or anyone else.

First of all any Law Enforcement Officer can deputize people if they need help.

Second, they would not have as much power as you seem to believe. I think you are misunderstanding what they are doing.

Since they are a Federal Law Enforcement Agency you would call the US Attorney's office or the FBI.

Explanations are not forthcoming, nor credible.

Pretty much "just eat it".
