There is no Yes or No answer... your asking for statement not opinion..

Yes, I know. People can post their opinions here though.

But it is much more than just yes or no.. there are some aspects of islam and some people who are evil... but this poll doesnt really deliver the choice that the subject requires...

Exactly, thats why I wanted to do this poll. I wanted to see how many people would actually just call Islam evil without any exceptions.

Straight up.. Yes or No.

Ask the right question: Is religion evil?

Islam is no more or less evil than any other religion. Fundie Islam is our enemy, but not some absolute evil.

I answered no. Islam is not evil. Radical Islam is.

"Evil" is a concept based in belief systems.

It's an easy way for the religious to condemn anyone for anything without rational reasons.

Which you don't have, don't subscribe to or don't wish other people have?

I'll agree with that comment there, but I wouldn't limit that comment to just religous people. Non-Religous people also use that term and quite frequently.

The concept of "evil" has no meaning outside of a religious context. So non-religious may use the term, but the use it with a religious meaning.

Wow, talk about a disconnect from reality.

Evil has no meaning outside a religous context?

What would you call Nazi Germany, the Khmer Rouge, Stalinist Russia and China's Great Leap Forward? Unfortunate historical anamolies?

Soon you will be able to add the government of Sudan if we don't do something about it.

Yeah, unfortunately you're right. Liberals with no sense of right and wrong, good and evil will be able to say OOOH LOOK! ANOTHER HISTORICAL ANAMOLY!

Yeah right because only conservatives know right and wrong, good and evil. What a bunch of partisan BS.

I feel that sawing off an innocent person's head with a big knife is evil, but hey- that's just my belief system.

I also feel that a Child Molestor is evil too, however, we give them rights and trials.

Who said they don't deserve rights or a trial?
