In another thread Clinton was mentioned and I get all riled up whenever I hear his name. So I dug up a quick link for you guys to check out.

http://www.gargaro.com/clinton.html

Watch the video of him at Ron Brown's funeral. I think Clinton is a calculating psychopath. He doesn't fart without a poll telling him it's popular. Clinton imho was one of the worst "politicians" we have ever had as president. He is the definition of a bad politician. He took no stances himself, kissed every baby he could, and did anything to win. Morally this guy was as low as you can get.

But, he never came off as anything but a skilled orator; a statesman and a scholar. The fact is though, he was an empty suit. People who judge President Bush by his speaking skills and attire are putting their prejudices on display, not the President's shortcomings.

Whenever someone starts on Clinton at the funeral, I always have to think of my grandmother's funeral (as it had happened shortly before this 'scandal'.)Â*Â*During the calling hours, one of my uncles started telling everyone about the miracle of shark cartilage pills.Â*Â*He had started taking them a month or two before to help with his arthritis and had decided to become an evangelical for the cause.Â*Â*And when I say he told everyone about the pills, I mean EVERYONE, with the possible exception of my grandmother's corpse (I can't say for sure, though - I wasn't watching him every second.)

To make a long story short, my entire family got the giggles.Â*Â*Every time a new friend of my grandmother walked through the door and was instantly quizzed about whether or not their knees were giving them any trouble, a collective titter went through the room.Â*Â*My uncle was completely oblivious to all this - lets just say he's a tad thick.

Anyway, this was for my grandmother, a person we all loved.Â*Â*Had it been someone we hadn't known or liked as well, I suspect a number of us would have been on the floor gaffawing.

Needless to say, I don't particularly think any less of Clinton for not being terribly serious during a funeral for someone be barely knew.

That's not the point Drocket...the point is that he sees the camera and then fakes wiping a tear. How disengenious can a guy be? His entire presidency was an act for him, a show, a way to gain attention.

I'm not a fan of Clinton, but not for the reasons Clinton haters like Mr. Labrocca site. The majority of Clinton hate is just sour grapes. Anger over the fact that he was able to sustain the most ruthless attacks from the Republican party and their hired attack dogs and come up a winner. He out maneuvered them at every turn. He handed them everything they needed to ruin him, yet they were unable to.

And "politically", he was far superior to his opponents. Labrocca seems to have a misunderstanding of the term.

And if he could run today, he would win.

Personally, I think the guy should have resigned in disgrace after Monika Lewinkski. I also disagree with him on many issues, free trade being one.

I would also add that I am glad to see this topic in the appropriate forum, as Bill and Hillary have far more in common policy wise with the GOP than the DNC.

And you're saying you wouldn't have acted similarly?Â*Â*That's just what you DO when you're at a funeral for someone you don't know:Â*Â*you stand in a corner yakking about World of Warcraft or last night's baseball game with some other poor sod who was forced to attend for politeness reasons, and if you see a family member or something coming, you pretend to act somber and dignified.Â*Â*Its what people do.Â*Â*Its what EVERYONE does (unless you're a complete asshat and just keep chatting merrily.)Â*Â*Ok, Clinton overdid it a bit, but that really doesn't say much of anything except that he wasn't a very good actor.Â*Â*But we didn't hire him to be a good actor.

His entire presidency was an act for him, a show, a way to gain attention.
And Commander Codpiece doesn't act that way?Â*Â*The entire Bush presidency has just been one big photo op.Â*Â*From 'Flight Suit/Mission Accomplished!' Bush (with Real Karate action!) to 'Serious Bush on Air Force One overlooking Katrina's destruction' to 'Cowboy Bush cutting Brush', every single solitary thing Bush does is as fake as a sitcom.Â*Â*And sadly, he's an even worse actor that Clinton.

It's not hate. It's disgust at the callow idiots who continue to lionize him, even after he perjured himself, after his sexual perversions were known, after he abused all the power of the presidency to stay in office regardless of the damage he did to the country by doing so, and after it became quite clear that it was his administration's failures to do anything about al Qeada that eventually led to the deaths of 3,000 Americans.

So, since Clinton IS a rapist, I'll refer to him as such. Its so entertaining watching the blind little termites get agitated.

Ron Brown wasn't someone the Rapist didn't know.

Oh, so much for your analogy. Try again later.

Eh, Clinton knew him, but he wasn't exactly a close personal friend or anything. My point was that its the sort of funeral that you attend out of obligation, not because you particuarly care about the person who died.

Sadder still is that Chimpy is beginning to believe his own hype and to really think that he's as "bad" as his handlers tell him he is. He can't speak in public without a speech in front of him and Lord knows he couldn't do a town meeting off the top of his head the way that Clinton could and he certainly couldn't address a crowd that wasn't already prescreened to weed out any critics in order to avoid any uncomfortable or tough questions.

Call him a Rapist all you want but the simple fact of it is that if there were no 22nd amendment Clinton would still be president because he knows how to connect to the people and the people know that, we had 8 years of a positive economy under his administration and we wouldn't be in any of the messes that Chimpy's stupidity got us into. It's the neo-con way of deflecting attention from the disaster of our WORST PRESIDENT EVER, GEORGE CHIMPY BUSH.

So wait, Clinton took over the Presidency on January 20th 1993 after campaigning on GHWB presiding over "the worst economy in the last 60 years" and on January 21st 1993 it became a positive econcomy? Wow. Amazing.

You know ECW I get a kick out of you and your ilk travelling around the internet saying "Chimpy", "worst president ever", "Chimpy McHitler" etc. YADDA YADDA YADDA.

Because, if indeed that is true, the Democrats still can't beat him at the ballot box, stop his judicial nominees, stop the majority of his agenda or even come up with a simple plan to campaign on besides "Anybody but Bush.".

So how is it this monkey that's the worst President ever stymied all the "great" liberal minds in the nation, nay.... the world?

I would give you a detailed rebuttal but everytime we get into it here, you get your knickers in a twist and lash out. Then, when I respond, you come down on me as a moderator, whipping out the EDIT STICK. You can deal it out but you can't take so pardon me if I not only ignore your insulting PMs but your posts as well. You are not worth the effort. And, sorry, I've never called your illustrious WAR president "Chimpy McHitler." Just another in a long list of your neo-con prevarications...

Sorry bout that,

1. But Billy Boy, screwed his own Party as much as he screwed around on Hillary.
2. Look at him now.
3. He looks 75 years old.
4. And he is just barely 60.
5. He is and always was a Shell of a man.
6. In his mind he was a clone of JFK.
7. And he more than likely practice's JFK speeches on a regular basis.
8. Its was a sad day whenever the Democratic Party hitched its wagon to the Billy Boy Clinton.
9. Billy Boy has done more harm to the Democrats sense Carter.
10. Oh crap there I went and said it, Jimmy Boy.
11. These two weak liberals have done more to destroy the Democratic Party than any other Republican Party Member ever has.
12. If ever the Democrats get some one into high office again, I am sure that that moron will even out do both these walking disaster areas.

Regards,
SirjamesofTexas

True, no Republican has ever done anything to destroy the Democratic Party but George Chimpy McFlightpants has done more to destroy the United States, it's good name, and our future than anyone in history. Who the heck needs al-Qaida when Chimpy is at the helm? He's a disgrace and the worst president ever. He makes Clinton look like a God.

I think Bill Clinton would be a much better neighbor than George Bush. Bush's parties would be a pain in the ass, while all Clinton would be doing is chasing some broads.
